The days are getting short but the Tuesday AM pre-loop loop WILL continue until its "too dark to start." So get up out of bed, get on your bike, and get down there to join us!

It was a bit dark at 6:30AM leaving for the ride, but we had a great one! The nice warmup rapidly turned into a hammerfest as KJ from the AV blue train stomped it hard on the way back from the 6AM ride. Dag was riding strong, and we got our HRs up there fast. Man I'm getting tired of trying to shift only to find I'm already on the 12t. It's time to buck up for one of these.
